How returns work
14 days
You can request a return or an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Unused, in the box
Items must be unused and in their original condition, and sunglasses must come back with their original packaging.
Refund or exchange
Once we receive and approve your return, we refund your original payment method or process an exchange, whichever you prefer.
Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
when something's off
100-day warranty
Every pair is covered for 100 days from delivery against manufacturing defects, like lenses with scratches on arrival, loose or misaligned temples, or any fault in materials or craftsmanship.
Write to us within the warranty period and we may ask for photos. If the defect is confirmed, we replace your sunglasses with the same or a comparable model. Misuse and normal wear aren't covered.

Bio-acetate, a plant-based material with the weight and shine of premium acetate.
Hinges
5-barrel stainless steel hinges for a sturdy open and close.
Lenses
Polarized TAC lenses with UV400 protection.
Nose pads
Built into the acetate frame, so there are no small pads to lose.
Certified
CE and UKCA certified.
Case
Each pair comes with a vegan leather case.
